Can I make changes to my design after placing an order?

Minor clarifications can be requested during the digital rough draft phase. Once your final design is approved, no further changes can be made.

How is my art shipped?

Delivery times vary by location and carrier. All pieces are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. 

How should I care for my artwork?

Display indoors only. Garages and sheds are okay. Avoid direct sunlight, excessive heat, and submerging the art in liquid. Clean gently with a soft cloth. Do not use chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately. All art is packaged carefully, but if damage occurs during shipping, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Order Agreement


By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. You confirm that all reference materials submitted are accurate and that you have the rights to use them.

 

Pricing & Payment


All prices are final. Payments are processed at the time of checkout. HSMT reserves the right to adjust pricing for custom dimensions or expedited orders.

 

Refunds & Cancellations


All art is custom-made. Refunds are not available once payment is made. Minor design clarifications are accepted during the digital rough draft phase.

 

Estimated Completion


Completion dates are estimates based on current order volume. Production may be delayed due to high demand, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. HSMT will communicate any changes to your estimated completion date promptly.

 

Liability


HSMT is not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.

All HSMT designs remain the intellectual property of HSMT. Customers may display purchased artwork for personal use. Commercial use or reproduction is prohibited without prior written permission.
